I have clients on it and I don't judge! For some people, it's a helpful tool that works by reducing hunger and putting you in a calorie deficit.

But here's what the ads don't tell you: when you drastically cut calories without strength training and proper nutrition, you lose muscle. Muscle drives your metabolism. I completely understand that fear, especially if you have any history with disordered eating. 

Here's the truth: macro tracking done the wrong way is obsessive. 

Done the right way, it's the most freeing tool I've ever used. It's how I stopped binging. And my clients consistently say it gives them control without anxiety or overthinking. We start slow, we make it feel natural, and if at any point it doesn't feel right for you, we adapt the approach.

I have a history of disordered eating. Is this safe for me?

This is such an important question and I'm glad you're asking it. 
I work with women who have complex histories with food and I take that seriously, because I’ve been there. 

We move at your pace, we don't assign moral value to food, and if any tool (including tracking) starts to feel harmful, we adjust. 

Macro tracking, taught through a non-diet lens, has helped many of my clients rebuild trust with food again. That said, if you're in active recovery, I always recommend having a therapist or dietitian alongside your coaching.

What if I travel constantly or my schedule is unpredictable? 

This program was built for real life, not a controlled environment. Travel weeks, work craziness, holidays, sick kids. We plan for all of it. 

Your workouts are designed around what you actually have access to. 

Your nutrition plan accounts for restaurants, events, and weekends. 

The whole point is that it works when life is messy, because life is kind of always a bit messy.

What if I’m really busy? How much time do i need to dedicate?

If you're busy now, you’ll probably always be busy. But the sooner you start, the sooner you stop spinning your wheels. 

Workouts are 25–60 minutes, 3-5 days a week. 

Tracking takes about 5 minutes once you get the hang of it. 

The program is just one 30-minute weekly call. 

If you choose to give this program a few hours a week, it will give you years of results back.

What if I've worked with coaches before and it didn't work?

I hear this all the time, and honestly, I get it. Maybe you've had a trainer who seemed fired up at first, then slowly stopped showing up for you. One who shamed you instead of supported you. One who was glued to their phone while you struggled through your last rep, or just robotically counted to ten without a single cue.

Absolutely. Macro tracking is completely adaptable to how you eat and works with your diet. Whether you're plant-based, gluten-free, or somewhere in between, we'll build your nutrition strategy around the foods you actually eat.
